Phileas Plank (the title is wrong) is a Privateer. He is included in 3606 Longboat Lookout and uses the same head mold as the Pirates of the Caribbean soldiers.
He was a loyal crew member, but he was killed by Agememnon when Blue Beard led the Privateers on board the Phantom to claim the Letter of Marque.
